Founded by Paula Kelly, FNP, Nurse Dynasty grew from a career that moved from CNA to RN to Family Nurse Practitioner. That path shaped a simple belief: advanced practice clinicians deserve tools that are useful in the classroom, clinic, and every step in between.

Our Story
My path to becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner began as a CNA and grew through years of nursing practice, advanced study, and a commitment to helping patients receive thoughtful primary care. Each step—from bedside care to advanced practice—taught me how much preparation and support this work demands.
